No relocation assistance offered for this position. **Core Responsibilities** + Be a senior Grown-Ups' audience expert with a deep understanding of our Owned ecosystem, working across deep fandom space supporting building thriving communities of LEGO fans by leading execution of community engagement strategy in China + Orchestrate community programs including administrative processes, localization and moderation efforts and budget tracking while proactively collaborating with relevant partners and finding a good balance between responsiveness to in-the-moment needs and following agreed plans, processes and governance. + Manage community support services acting as a primary point of contact for escalated community inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and ensure timely and transparent communication between the organization and the community members + Regularly audit and hands-on review our communities and perform quality checks on engagements to ensure adherence to market specific legal requirements, identify optimization opportunities, improve efficiency and mitigate risks. Play a key role in helping us take our community engagement in China to the next level through exciting growth and transformation on our mission to nurture vibrant communities where we engage deeply with our audiences, amplify their voices and inspire the joy of creation. **Do you have what it takes?** + Significant experience in building and nurturing an engaged and supportive community across social platforms, fan forums or other owned channel experiences + Proven community moderation skills including ability to early identify and tactically address reputational risks combined with experience in implementing community guidelines and addressing inappropriate behaviour + Awareness and understanding of different audience needs and relevant safety considerations, including ethical to effectively engage with communities + Strong operational mindset with experience managing the logistics, workflows, and systems that support vibrant, scalable community initiatives + Experience working with Chinese digital platforms such as WeChat to ensure compliance and maintaining safety standards + Strong tactical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to be able to evolve own approach in response to changing community needs, business priorities and digital product development \#LI-JA1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
