Fulfil roles and responsibilities in the monitoring system per the approved WVTL Monitoring GuidelinesTrack and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and initiatives.Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Team and Project Coordinator in data collection processes for project monitoring, evaluation and reports.Together with M&E Team utilize the monitoring system and tools of project implementation and to capture learning.General Responsibilities

Previous experience in community development, facilitation, or related roles.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.Agriculture and forestry-related programming experience.Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
Bachelor’s degree in social work, community development, agriculture, forestry, public administration, or a related field.Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
