Community Association Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee the operations and management of multiple community associations in Draper, Utah. This role involves financial administration, property maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with community rules while fostering positive relationships with residents and board members.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of community associations, including townhomes and condominiums, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to community standards.
• Develop and oversee budgets, review financial statements, and monitor reserve studies to maintain financial health of the associations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for shared spaces such as pools, landscaping, and other common areas by working closely with vendors.
• Enforce community rules and regulations to maintain harmony and compliance among residents.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, board members, and vendors, representing the interests of the community in negotiations and disputes.
• Organize and prepare board packets, agendas, and calendars for meetings, and actively participate in association meetings.
• Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery of services. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in commercial property management or HOA management.
• Proven ability to oversee financial operations, including budgeting and reserve studies.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, board members, and vendors.
• Ability to enforce community rules and regulations tactfully and professionally.
• Proficiency in managing meeting schedules and preparing relevant documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising contractors and service providers.
