Work Schedule 100% FTE, Exempt, day shift position. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hybrid role based out of Rockford at Swedish American Hospital.

 QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in human resources, education, health care, communications, non-profit management, project management or closely related field. RequiredMaster’s degree in education, human resources, health care or closely related field. PreferredWork ExperienceThree (3) years higher education, project management, human resources or other closely related experience. RequiredFive (5) or more years, higher education, project management, human resources or other closely related experience. Grant management and evaluation experience. PreferredLicenses & CertificationsProject management certification or education certification.
