Direct incoming calls from the switchboard and patient information lines in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely and professional manner. Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner. Job Description:
Answer switchboard and information desk telephones in a professional and courteous manner and accurately connecting the caller with either the extension or information they need. Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Consistently ensure positive customer interactionsManages difficult or emotional individual situationsResponds promptly to individual needsResponds to requests for service and assistanceFulfills commitments to individualsRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalentOne year customer service experienceComfortable using common computer applicationsWork Experience
