Communications Specialist

**Duration: 04 months Contract**
**Job Description:**
+ We are seeking a proactive and creative Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire employees across the organization.
+ The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital content creation, event support, and platform management, with a strong understanding of internal communication tools and audience engagement best practices.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Content Development & Publishing:
+ Create compelling internal communication materials, including intranet articles, newsletters, polls, quizzes, and presentation decks.
+ Write clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content that aligns with company tone and values.
+ Ensure all communications are consistent with brand guidelines and communication standards.
+ Platform Management:
+ Build, manage, and regularly update SharePoint sites for various departments and initiatives.
+ Publish content across multiple employee engagement platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), and other internal channels.
+ Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to improve engagement and user experience.
+ Meeting & Event Support:
+ Coordinate and provide communication support for all-hands meetings, town halls, and other internal events.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Teams, including live event production, chat moderation, and content sharing.
+ Develop pre- and post-event communication materials, such as invitations, agendas, summaries, and follow-up emails.
**Experience:**
+ Sales Communication Support:
+ Assist in the execution of the “Voice of Sales” communications program by collaborating closely with the sales leadership team.
+ Craft messages and updates that highlight sales achievements, initiatives, and strategic updates.
+ Tailor communications to the sales audience for maximum impact and relevance.
+ Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
+ Support the development of the 2026 internal communications strategy, including planning sessions, stakeholder interviews, and content calendars.
+ Collaborate with HR, IT, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure communication initiatives are aligned and integrated.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance communication effectiveness and employee engagement across all levels.
**Skills:**
+ Proven experience in internal or corporate communications.
+ Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
+ Familiarity with Viva Engage (Yammer), employee intranet publishing platforms, and engagement tools.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
+ Experience supporting live and virtual events.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
**Education:**
+ Associate’s degree
