Summary of Position
Responsible for the development, support, and production of external communications to our audiences (primarily members and providers) that informs and engages these groups, while also meeting regulatory requirements. Major external communications include onboarding materials (welcome kits, member ID card letters, handbooks) as well as ongoing communications and updates relating to quality programs, gaps in care and changes in benefits.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in English, communications, journalism, business or related health field (Required) 3 – 5+ years of relevant, professional communications work experience (Required) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) (Required) Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple competing priorities (Required) Ability to collaborate across diverse functional areas to develop/assist in developing effective communications (Required) Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audiences (Required) Attention to detail; ability to produce grammatically correct, cohesive content (Required) Demonstrated project management skills (Required) Excellent time-management skills (Required) Additional Information Requisition ID: 1000002555 Hiring Range: $56,160-$99,360
