Come join our journey! **Responsibilities** **Panasonic Communications Specialist** Click here to learn more (https://na.panasonic.com/)  about how Panasonic is creating a better life, a better world.  Watch this video (https://youtu.be/h-x\_hDfMqb0)  to see how our employees are shaping the technologies that move us. **What You'll Get To Do:** Responsible for creating and implementing employee communication content that creates excitement, drives engagement, aligns teams / individuals, and helps shape culture. **Internal Communications** + Responsible for end-to-end creation and deployment of internal communications supporting PECNA business and culture initiatives. + Coordinate all business-related communication requests ensuring process is followed. Manage content calendar, help determine appropriate platform to utilize, and timing. + Responsible for ongoing collaboration with creative and IT teams to ensure PowerHub remains up to date with current and relevant content. Routinely review and recommend improvements to the site. + Assists in the coordination, content planning and execution of live meetings and events, such as the All Hands Meetings and annual holiday party. + Develops messaging and communications to support PECNA business and culture initiatives. + Provides support for external communications and events. Helps amplify internally to employees. + Analyzes effectiveness of marketing programs by monitoring key analytics, reporting to the team and offering recommendations for improvements. + Builds cross-functional relationships with brand and marketing peers to evaluate existing strategy and identify ways to enhance to proactively drive corporate messages. **Other** + Responsible for the management of information security as part of the normal management of the business. Must cooperate with the company ISM professionals in implementing the information security policies within the company, and ensures that information is handled in compliance with the Global ISM related regulations. + Collects, analyzes, reports and presents data as information. + Prepares reports, charts, graphs, and other statistical information. + Interprets and complies with company policies, procedures, and regulations. + Initiates, recommends, and provides solutions through designated communication channels. + Performs other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **What You'll Bring:** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field and two (2) years of related experience in a Marketing or Communications-related function; or five (5) years of related experience in a Marketing or Communications-related function; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + Demonstrated experience in internal communications in a manufacturing environment. + Demonstrated skill in building rapport and partnership at all levels of the organization while driving toward consensus. + Demonstrated experience in developing Communications Strategies and Programs. + Demonstrated experience writing and editing corporate communications. + Demonstrated experience as a creative problem solver and strong cross-functional partner. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint as appropriate to the position and assignment. **Benefits & Perks - What's In It For You:** Panasonic prioritizes total wellbeing. The wage range of $60,000 - $70,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
