Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Communications Specialist 3 to join their team. As a Communications Specialist 3, you will be part of the Corporate External and Legal Affairs department supporting the Responsible Business Practices team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, strategic thinking and storytelling abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Communications Specialist 3
**Location:** Redmond, WA (Hybrid - 1-2 days in office)
**Pay Range:** $35/hr - $40/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Plan, direct, and coordinate human rights and supply chain subject-related projects with a focus on communication, reporting, and data.
+ Develop clear, compelling messaging aligned with the Responsible Business Practices mission and Microsoft’s broader Responsible AI and sustainability initiatives.
+ Write, edit, and produce a variety of content, including web content, reports, newsletters, and technical documentation.
+ Maintain and update business content on the team’s SharePoint site for stakeholders.
+ Collect, manage, and analyze supply chain data to support human rights reporting and related communications.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5-7 years of experience in relevant industry roles, particularly in communications and project management.
+ Strong writing/content creation skills with a portfolio of writing samples.
+ Experience in data management and organization, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft platforms and tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or a related field preferred.
