We are looking for the best talent for our Communications Manager role.
With us you will:
• Build effective business partnerships and use them to build and protect the business reputation and amplify our relationships with external key stakeholders.
• Assess and understand current trends and the way it impacts the organization, and make communication strategies to work in favor of the business.
• Develop content and communication materials for external and internal communication plans
• Identify issues and potential crisis that may impact the business, assess the impact it has and develop crisis contingency plans and materials
• Track and measure the efficiency of communication programs and continuously make improvements to meet objectives and ensure that the efficient processes are in place
• Develop a set of business and discipline skills that are needed for business growth and personal development. Your skill-based development will be pursued via a personalized training plan consisting of corporate and on-the job training
• Coach others in your area of expertise, to drive business results and build the organization's capability
• Manage the relationship with agencies associated with the role.
Job Qualifications
Apply if you have:
• 1-2 years of experience in fields such as: Corporate & Brand Communication, Public Relations, Marketing & Brand Building, Journalism
• Excellent communication (both written and spoken) and influencing skills
