The Position

We are looking for a Communications Intern to join Roche Diagnostics.

Roles and responsibilities:

Support the implementation of corporate communications strategies aligned with company strategies, managing external communications, media relations, and digital & social media management (content creation, website and social media content, agency management, event planning)Assist in the implementation of internal communications strategies to improve employee engagement and foster company culture, supporting the Communications Team in planning and organizing town halls, cycle meetings, and internal events.Support the execution process of Corporate Social Responsibility projects aligned with global guidance

Qualifications

Educational background in Media, Communications, Advertising, Public RelationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise with internal/external stakeholdersHighly collaborative nature with the ability to work within a teamGood written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
