The Communications team is responsible for the public relations, press management, public affairs and internal communications for the global Ticketmaster business. 

THE JOB

In this role you will support the global Communications team on all global internal communications. The role provides an opportunity to develop and learn about the communications field whilst working alongside senior leaders.
You will ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions, assist with the management of our internal Ambassadors program, as well as your own Internal comms projects. 
This role will see you work on Ticketmaster’s corporate communications - it will not involve any concert/tour publicity work (this is managed by Live Nation).
We are currently operating under flexible working, the role will be a mix of working from home and coming into the Beverly Hills office once or twice a week. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

•    Assist in drafting and editing internal content for Slack, newsletters etc. to ensure timely, engaging communications.
•    Support in planning and delivering internal campaigns that align with company culture, goals, and values.
•    Assist the Ambassador Program by coordinating meetings, gathering feedback, and helping amplify local stories.
•    Help produce creative assets (graphics, polls, templates) to enhance readability and engagement across internal channels.
•    Monitor engagement metrics (views, clicks, reactions) and support reporting to evaluate the impact of comms initiatives.
•    Collaborate with teams across the business-including the wider comms team and HR to gather updates and craft clear messaging.
•    Support logistics and promotion for internal events, celebrations, and all-hands meetings.
•    Take notes and track follow-ups during meetings to help keep projects moving smoothly.
•    Maintain editorial calendars and content trackers to support consistent planning and delivery.
•    Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and bring fresh ideas into the team.


 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

•    Good verbal, literacy and communication skills 
•    Experience using PowerPoint, Excel and Word 
•    An understanding of how to use and get the best output from AI
•    Currently studying for undergraduate in communications preferred

•    Multi-tasker who is proactive, logical and can handle several projects at once
•    Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
•    Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
•    Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual

Hourly Rate: $18
