**Job Description**
**** **Key Responsibilities:** ****
+ Manage and produce written and visual content for internal communication channels to ensure employees are informed of important information in a timely and engaging manner
+ Support the communication of internal events including anniversaries, celebrations, holidays and other milestones to promote a sense of pride and belonging for colleagues.
+ Assist in localizing global communications and campaigns, including translations, video production, and more.
+ Assist in leadership festival greeting messages and video production.
+ Support the cascade of information from global townhalls to local, relevant audiences.
+ Attend weekly global team meetings to provide site updates.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders including the executive assistant to the General Manager, Social Responsibility, Government and Public Affairs, HR, and other factory colleagues for communication needs.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or above (current students).
+ Major in English, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
+ Fluency in Chinese and English, written and spoken, is required
+ Available to work 3-4 days per week onsite.
+ Passionate about communications, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
+ Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
+ Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities.
+ Basic understanding of media relations and communication strategies (prior internship experience is a plus).
