What you'll do...
Communication Strategy Development & Implementation:
Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Identify key messages and communication channels to effectively reach target audiences. Develop and manage communication calendars to ensure timely and consistent messaging.Content Creation & Management:
Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content including email newsletters, videos, and presentations. Ensure all content is accurate, consistent with brand guidelines, and tailored to the appropriate audience. Develop and curate visual content (images, videos, infographics) to enhance communication efforts.Internal Communications:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communications materials.Brand Management:
Ensure all communication materials adhere to the Ford corporate guidelines. Work with internal departments ensure consistency.Reporting & Analysis:
Track and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness. Use data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Ability to report out and speak to senior leadershipCollaboration, Coordination & Logistics:
