Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Communications Associate working in Chicago, Illinois you will be part of the Americas Communications and Corporate Affairs Team.  You will spend approximately six months in each functional area including digital, internal, and corporate affairs, learning at a high level how they operate while working on project-based items that help in that learning process.  At the conclusion of the program, you will transition into a permanent role based on your skills, interests, and current openings.

This position reports to the Communications Manager and works closely with various teams across the company.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

Provide operational support to assigned functional areas and work closely with respective team to scope out and execute deliverables                             Gain a broad understanding of the functional area, key responsibilities, connections between other areas within communications and corporate affairs and across the company                Lead a project designed to dig deeper into the functional area or a business opportunity, create a project plan, communicate status updates, and present final deliverables throughout each assignment                      Help tell the Molson Coors story to internal and external audiences through written communications, social media, video production and more.                        Identify untold stories within the business and create plans for telling them across different media.                          

  

Key Ingredients:  

 

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications Media, or related backgrounds Must have successfully completed Molson Coors Early Talent Program and demonstrated a capacity for future growth and leadership ability You have deep understanding of social media and current best practices, particularly relating to a corporate entity                                      You have working knowledge of visual storytelling best practices                                           You have exceptional writing and communications skills                             You are a risk taker who identifies areas of opportunities and devises solutions                                         You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities                                        You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn
