Act as a primary consultant to clients and internal teams, offering strategic guidance that merges communication planning with technological solutions. + **Innovative Channel Planning** : Build and execute go-to-market strategies that creatively leverage a variety of touchpoints—both traditional and digital. Lead media & data, technology, and communications partners to ensure cohesive, forward-thinking execution across platforms. + **Collaboration Across Creative & Tech** : Partner with creative, insights, analytics, and media teams to craft holistic communication strategies that align with brand objectives and leverage data-driven insights. Seamlessly integrate the right technology into creative solutions, ensuring that ideas push the boundaries of what’s possible. + **Lead Strategic Innovation** : Identify and implement emerging tools and platforms to inspire innovative creative tactics. Stay at the forefront of new communication channels, guiding teams on how to leverage platforms like AI, VR, and AR to deliver immersive brand experiences. + **KPI & Measurement Expertise** : Develop and implement measurement plans, collaborating with analytics teams to track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring communication and technological solutions deliver tangible results. + **Thought Leadership & New Business** : Drive thought leadership initiatives, positioning Publicis Groupe as an industry leader in the fusion of communication strategy and technology. Support new business growth, offering cutting-edge communication and technology solutions for prospective clients. **Qualifications** **Key Skills & Experience** + **Strategy & Technology Fusion** : 6-8 years of experience combining communication strategy with technology-driven solutions. Capable of leading strategic planning on multiple projects with a deep understanding of both traditional media and emerging tech. + **Creative Technology Insight** : Ability to recognize and integrate technologies (AI, AR, VR, etc.) into communication frameworks, helping to bridge the gap between creative thinking and technical application. + **Strong Communication & Writing** : Can craft compelling, cohesive communication strategies and briefs that inspire creative and technical teams alike. + **Research & Trend-Spotting** : Expert in media landscape trends, with an eye for emerging platforms and technologies that offer fresh ways to engage consumers. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
