Spend the day exploring the sights, recharge in our Spa that harnesses the city’s heritage in wellness, then enjoy an innovative cocktail in our newly opened lobby bar MÚZSA.What you will do: Maintaining the reservations and communications standardsMaking sure maximum telephone, email and chat coverage is provided within the department's operational hours Conducting standards testing including call observation and providing timely feedback to the CoRe Team and the hotel personnelReviewing and analyzing call volume reports including abandonment rate and chat reports and taking action as appropriateScheduling staff according to budgeted guidelines, while ensuring maximum service to guestsControlling all suite reservations in conjunction with the Front Desk Manager and Guest Experience Supervisor, and ensuring special handling of top corporate clients, VIPs, and return guestsEnsuring all tasks are completed on the CoRe Agent’s daily checklistConducting follow-up training sessions and providing timely feedback to CoRe staffMaintaining accurate records on daily pick-up and cancellations, separately for FIT and groupsAssisting the Director of Revenue with any project and the Sales Managers with availability and rate informationWhat you bring: at least 2 years of Front Desk/Front Office/ Reservations supervisory and/or management experience in a 4 or 5* hotel,fluent English, any other language is a plus, a mature, well balanced personality,a college degree,open mindedness, flexibility with the work assignments, ability to acquire new knowledge fast,attention to details,a highly guest-oriented personality.What we offerbase salary + end-of-the-year bonuscomplimentary daily employee meal private health insurance after the probation periodinternational career opportunitiesexclusive discount and travel programs with Four Seasons.
