Essential Responsibilities

Support partnership with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives. Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy, creating and managing content to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline.Tracking and analyzing communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Support on wing to wing process management & weekly report out.Assist on preparation of the training material for training teams on the “to-be” process.Willing to attend customer and team events inside/outside home country.

Qualifications/ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.BS in Communication, Marketing or Journalism. or relevant disciplines background preferred.Proven interpersonal skills.Active listener with good communication skills.English and Spanish Proficiency is a must and any other language is a plusStrong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Proactive with high level of integrity.Working time: 40 hours/weekHybrid work is possible but min. 2 days office work in the Madrid office is required.If contracted in Spain:
