Your mission, roles and responsibilities The Communications and Marketing Graduate contributes to the development and implementation of specific communication actions or tools, and events management for internal and external audiences, in line with the country and group communication strategyThe main missions of the role are:Develop content (videos, photos, articles) for specific communication toolsManage publications and toolsDevelop all internal communication materials for the CountrySupport recruitment communication activities (job fairs equipment, flyers, brochures, etc.)Champion corporate visual identitySupport the organization of / organise internal and/or external eventsManage relationships with relevant suppliers Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support activities at a plant levelYour profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, HR (with Communications modules) or similar relevant qualification
Experience :
Experience in developing a communications plan (considering internal and external audiences, platforms, content, campaigns)Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous)Previous experience in LinkedIn page management, PowerPoint, CANVA, Microsoft site management and similar software (advantageous)Experience in developing and/or implementing communications tools (e.g. newsletters, social media posts, brochures, flyers, events)Event management (developing and executing a event plan, liaising with external vendors, etc.)Skills and competencies:
