This job is part of the Communications job function. They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, and performance. **What You’ll Do** Draft and edit internal communications including presentations, email memos, etc. Provide manager support for media interview prep. Build press releases for distribution to the media. Cultivate content for social media channels, track, and report on outcomes and engagement. Track media databases and coverage. Assist with background research and content development for speeches and presentations. Receive confidential information and develop messaging. Assist management with administrative needs. Collaborate with management and communication teams to understand project outcomes and needs. Help with projects as requested. Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and standard processes within the communications space. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet target dates. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding. **What You’ll Need** Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Communications Analyst position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Communications Analyst position is $60,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
