**Position Overview**
Marketing and Communications is responsible for internal and external communications and marketing across PNC, providing expertise to PNC’s business leaders, employees and supporting a customer-centric organization driving strategic communications and bold marketing and innovative solutions to support PNC’s business priorities.
The Social Media Governance team aims to enhance our policy and governance efforts and further amplify our brand narrative through social media employee advocacy programs.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced social media professional to join our team to help support the strategy and execution of advocacy programs across our lines of business. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.
Specific Job Functions:
• Own day-to-day governance and enablement support and recommend strategies for advocacy programs in partnership with Communications Manager.
• Identify opportunities to enhance risk mitigation strategies and support compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and develop strong working relationships internally with Program Leads, MarCom partners, Legal/Compliance, and externally with social media platform and technology partners.
• Clearly articulate enterprise social media policy, best practices, and processes with stakeholders and participate in training and education efforts for consistent engagement & execution.
• Support program optimizations through data analytics and develop measurement and reporting in conjunction with analytics partners to capture social efforts.
• Evaluate social media initiatives through the lens of brand safety and strong performance, and support recommendations with data insights and industry trends.
• Guide the creation of compelling social-first content and resources that align with key business priorities.

• Maintain a proactive, creative, and innovative mindset to continually improve and optimize governance and enablement efforts.
Experience & Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ social media experience with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Experience leading relationships with internal and external partners and providing actionable feedback to drive performance.
• Social media management technology (Hearsay, Everyone Social, Sprinklr, SOCi) experience is preferred.

+ Coordinates final review and approval before internal or external communications are released.
+ May lead project teams, influences outcomes, and evaluates success as appropriate.
+ Leads preparation and synthesis of communications data; presents to management for decisioning.

**Pay Transparency**
Base Salary: $71,500.00 – $119,600.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
