Key Responsibilities:

Support the organization’s transformation and change journey.Implement internal communication strategies and change management plans through creative, high-quality campaigns and by developing tools, channels, and processes.Create engaging content (articles, posts, newsletters, memos) tailored to specific internal audiences.Collaborate with business partners and project teams to advise on messaging and the most effective communication channels.Support the delivery of internal events such as Town Halls, webinars, and workshops.Design and execute campaigns to boost employee engagement.Gather feedback and promote two-way communication across the organization.Track and measure the effectiveness and impact of internal communications.

Your background:

2–3 years of experience in Internal Communications, Marketing, or Change ManagementExcellent written and verbal communication skills – clear, concise, creative, and persuasiveExperience in an international environment or shared service centers is a plusProven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teamsStrong project management and planning skillsStrong sense of brand identity; basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plusProficiency in PowerPoint and SharePointHigh energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.Fluent English/C1
