The role of Employee Change Communication Consultant focuses on crafting and executing impactful employee change communications for a broad range of clients, related to HR-led transformations and initiatives.
This role will be based in London and is a hybrid position, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Provide support covering a full spectrum of strategic and tactical communication advice to help clients enhance the employee experience during times of change; including creating communication materials that keep their workforce informed and productive, helping to retain talent and preparing employees to welcome change.Manage change communication project delivery from the point of agreement of project scope, through implementation and delivery, right up to final evaluation, collaborating with a Senior Consultant / Principal.Develop high quality, engaging and creative HR change communication materials, using simple language to convey complex information and data; and tailoring materials for various audience groups, delivering the right message in the right voice and using the right channel, on time and within budget.Review, edit and proofread content, to ensure the final product is flawless.Coordinating all appropriate internal reviews (i.e. editorial, technical, compliance) to ensure quality, accuracy and effectiveness of materials and following up with necessary parties to discuss possible solutions to issues raised during the review process.Assist Senior Consultants in coordinating tactic production and project delivery, by clearly communicating individual and team workload availability as part of project management role; providing feedback on accurate timelines and updates as projects progress; and communicating with vendors on production co-ordination.Work with creative, digital and tech colleagues to develop integrated change communication strategies and plans based on insight, which address clients’ communication needs and support successful implementation.Build and maintain relationships with colleagues to further your understanding of propositions and technical subject matter; and identify opportunities to win / expand client business.Interact with clients on a regular basis by attending client meetings, workshops and working sessions; answering questions; managing the content review process (by handling feedback and edits); and providing requested materials in a timely manner.Participate in business development activities by researching and providing information to support Senior Consultants drafts proposals / Request for Proposals (RFPs); providing input, develop, edit and proof presentations and participate in presentations; continually researching industry trends; and suggesting possible opportunities to expand client business.What you need to have:
Proven communication related experienceSolid hands-on work experience in employee change communications, change management or related field – ideally supporting HR and wider organisational change / transformational initiatives.Strong written skills, with the ability to simplify the complex and tailor content for different purposes, making it relevant to different audiences, and for delivery across a variety of channels and mediaKeen eye for detail, with strong editing and proofing skillsExcellent verbal communication skills; confident and engaging, with strong presentation skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong project management skills, with experience developing and managing / tracking budgetsKeen sense of integrity and personal ownership while maintaining a collaborative, supportive and team-focused working style and deep belief that we succeed together.
