In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing training and communication plans both globally and within the US and LATAM markets regarding technology changes, launches and adoption. You will also participate in various projects to create an end-to-end user experience, including customer-focused awareness programs, communications, marketing and training.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Meeting and communicating with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements
+ Plan, prepare and deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training for end users
+ Create support materials and marketing collateral, including videos and user guides
+ Create communication and marketing content for assigned projects and operations
+ Work with subject-matter experts to ensure quality and accuracy of training and communication content
+ Determine appropriate channels to share information with end-users
+ Continuously analyze and challenge end-to-end processes, make recommendations and apply enhancements
+ Champion and promote team’s strategy with stakeholders and throughout the organization
+ Create and maintain working relationship with current and new regional stakeholders
+ Become an advanced user of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 technologies
**Required Education:**
+ High School Diploma required.
**Required Experience and Skills:**
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
+ Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate technical and non-technical topics to general user audience in a clear, concise manner
+ Proven experienced in creation and delivery of engaging end-user trainings
+ Proficiency in creating written, customer-focused communications; content editing and proofreading
+ Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite – especially MS Teams, MS Office, including OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
+ Strong collaboration skills and experience of working with global teams, both business clients and IT, at all levels
+ Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a timely and efficient manner
+ Creative and innovative thinking, proactive approach, sound organizational skills and a good team player as well as individual contributor
+ Proven ability to learn new technologies.
+ Fluency in English reading/writing/ speaking
**Desired Experience and Skills:**
+ Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 technologies
+ Video making & editing experience with Photoshop or similar tool are a plus
+ Project management experience

**U.S. Hybrid Work Model**

The salary range for this role is
$85,600.00 - $134,800.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
