The commodity Manager will be mainly responsible for Copper and Plastic raw material sroucing activitiy in Ningbo Plant + Analyze the regional market and support Regional Sourcing Leader in building the global commodity strategy; + Support and follow the aligned global commodity strategy in order to execute the regional and local strategy; + Define the Copper (Forging, Casting & Machining), Injection Molding and Hardware related supplier portfolio for the regions and local market + Responsible for the KPI results – procurement savings, supplier quality and OTD, supplier payment terms, supplier consolidation and data accuracy; + Lead and manage supplier negotiations to constantly drive material cost reduction and meet annual saving target; + Manage supplier frame agreement with collaboration with plant + Drive supplier relationship management, improve supplier quality + Close collaboration with R&D Engineering and Marketing on NPI or Transfer projects for RFQ, Sample qualification tracking, ERP system setting up under competitive price + Support Operation teams and engineers by creating the right environment and a reliable supplier base
