Key Responsibilities:
Prepare RFQ packages (Downloading of drawings and specs) Answer technical questions that suppliers might have. RFQ Management – Release / Send the RFQ to suppliers. Follow up with suppliers to make sure quotes are deliver on time, Consolidate quotes received, Quote comparison once the quotes are received (Closing). Limiting no more than 15 parts per RFQ package, to allow the supplier to revert with quote within the provided TAT. More parts if received, shall be put in queue, and shall pick the parts whenever priority Tech packages are complete.Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or other technical fields preferred.RFQ experience3-6 years of experience within Supply chain management, commodity management, procurement, or a senior logistics role.Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAPExperience managing vendors; extreme customer-focus, both internal & external, and a collaborative team player
