Summary: The Commissions Team Lead collaborates with the Commission Accounting Manager and Assistant Manager to supervise team workflow, coach junior staff, and ensure accurate and timely commission payments. The role includes data analysis, record maintenance, and collaboration with sales teams. Duties: * Compute commission payouts and resolve discrepancies * Maintain and update commission records and tracking systems * Generate reports on sales performance and commission expenses * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies * Coordinate with auditors and manage quarterly accruals * Coach junior accountants and oversee workload distribution * Perform complex calculations, reconciliations, and journal entries * Serve as backup to management roles
