Commissions Administrator & Data Support
The role

We’re looking for a meticulous and data-focused Commissions Administrator & Data Support specialist to join our Revenue Operations team in Leeds. 

In this role, you’ll ensure sales commission payments are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with company policies, while keeping our key datasets clean, consistent, and report-ready. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to keep our processes running smoothly and provide the insights that drive business performance.

What excites you 

Commissions Administration 

Managing the full monthly commission process — from data collection and validation to calculation, approvals, and payment. Ensuring all commission calculations are accurate and compliant with plan rules. Responding to commission queries from commercial teams with clarity and professionalism Maintaining up-to-date commission plan documents and records.

Data Support & Reporting 

Producing and distributing clear, actionable sales performance reports and dashboarding Supporting ad-hoc data analysis requests for leadership and operational teams. Working with system administrators and data leads to improve data capture and reporting. What excites us   Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Advanced and solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas). Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce an advantage) and, preferably, commission management platforms such as Qobra, Xactly, Varicent, CaptivateIQ Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Clear communicator, able to explain data and processes to non-technical colleagues. Experience in commissions, payroll, finance, or sales/revenue operations

Base salary range: £18,400 - £43,000

Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data.  Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (£18,400 - £27,600) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
