Kent is looking for a Commissioning Manager.
You will direct and supervise the commissioning technicians and engineers in assigned plant areas ensuring full alignment and coordination with other discipline activities in the area. Responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to the installation and commissioning of wind turbines.
Skills and Responsibilities:Responsibilities:

Technician certified, with preferably college technical diploma and with relevant and transferable Project/Engineering/Commissioning experienceEstablished track record in supervision of teams of up to 12 technicians through Completion, Commissioning, Start Up and initial plant operationsProven strong technical skills in discipline subject matterGood working knowledge of Oil flushing, bolt tensioning methodsGood working knowledge of Pumps, Hydraulics, HPU, CompressorsGood working knowledge of commissioning and standardsStrong understanding of work planning, scheduling and trackingDemonstrated work ethic with delivery focus with strong organisational abilityExposure to Major oil company practices, processes, and expectations with respect to SystemsCompletion, Preservation, Commissioning and Start Up operations of a major oil companyPreferably experience working overseas in multicultural teamRead, write, and speak fluent English, especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with project management, contractors, and sub-contractorsCommunication:
Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.Behavior/ Core Competencies:
