We are currently looking for a commissioning manager who can lead and execute the commissioning activities as well as prepare documentation and commissioning report for WTE plant.

Mathematical Modeling and Simulation

1.1 Digital Excitation Holder (DEH) Mathematical Modeling

Matlab Simulation Develop comprehensive DEH mathematical model Create detailed transfer function representations Perform time and frequency domain simulations Validate model against theoretical parameters

1.2 Power System Stabilizer (PSS) Modeling

PSS/E Simulation Develop power system stabilization mathematical model Simulate dynamic stability scenarios Analyze generator and transmission system interactions

1.3 On-site Testing

DEH Model Verification Compare simulation results with field measurements Calibrate model parameters Assess system response under various conditions PSS Model and Electrical Testing Conduct comprehensive electrical tests Verify compliance with Singapore power grid standards Test voltage regulation, frequency response, and stability

2. Steam Turbine Generator (STG) Commissioning

2.1 Sub-system Commissioning

Mechanical system inspection Electrical systems verification Control systems validation Rotating components examination

2.2 Start-up Testing

No-load Tests Initial system performance verification Mechanical integrity checks On-load Tests Full performance evaluation Load ramp-up testing Efficiency measurements

3. Power Island Equipment Commissioning Coordination

3.2 Coordination Activities
