Delaware North Travel is searching for a Commissary Manager to join our team at Boise Airport in Boise, Idaho. As a Commissary Manager, you will partner with the concessions and warehouse team to effectively oversee operations at Boise Airport. On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 - $62,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Train and develop commissary associates in line with company policies and proceduresCoordinate and supervise activities of commissary associates Purchase, receive and distribute commissary items, verify receiving slips and invoicesProduce monthly commissary inventory and various operational reportsMonitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and wasteEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation

More about youMinimum 3 years of previous supervisory experience, preferably in a commissary environmentNo college degree requiredPrevious experience with inventory distributionWorking knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation proceduresStrong computer skills with Windows platform, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mailMust be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
