What will I be doing?

As a Commis I – Baker at Conrad Dubai, you’ll be hands-on in producing high-quality baked goods that elevate the guest experience across our restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, banquet events, and café outlets. You'll play a key role in ensuring consistency, freshness, and creativity in everything that leaves the bakery.

Your day-to-day will include:

Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts to Hilton's quality standardsWorking efficiently to meet production timelinesSupporting cost control efforts by minimizing waste and using ingredients wiselyCollaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and productive workflowFollowing all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe working environment
