To strengthen our innovative F&B team, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Commis de Rang in our Lobby Bar for the coming winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities\nManaging a station in the Kempinski Bar & Lobby during early and late shifts\nServing food and beverages\nPreparing cocktails and long drinks\nCashier duties (Micros system)\nOpening the bar\nDaily mise en place and various cleaning tasks\nParticipating in weekly training sessions\nWorking in accordance with Kempinski standards\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nCompleted training in a comparable hotel and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy.\nResilience, tidiness and a very high level of quality awareness.\nStructured and organised way of working.\nKeen interest in team-oriented work.\nYour motto is to be a perfect and charming host to every guest.\nVery good German and English skills are a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable\n
