Then we are looking for you to join our creative and dynamic culinary team as a commis de cuisine for the 2025/2026 winter season.
Key Responsibilities\nDaily mise en place\nPreparation and cooking of dishes assigned to your station\nAdherence to quality standards in the kitchen area\nAdherence to specified recipes\nJoint responsibility for proper food storage and compliance with HACCP guidelines\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nCompleted training as a chef and initial professional experience in a high-end 5-star restaurant\nProfessional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness\nStructured and organised approach to work\nKeen interest in team-oriented work\nVery good German and English language skills\n
