Join Our Culinary Team as a Commis - Cold Kitchen at a Premier Resort Destination!

Are you passionate about the art of preparing and presenting cold dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious? Do you have a knack for working with fresh ingredients and mastering the techniques of cold food preparation? If you are a dedicated culinary professional eager to showcase your skills in a fast-paced and creative kitchen environment, we invite you to join our esteemed resort as a Commis - Cold Kitchen.

As our Commis, you will:

Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and desserts, ensuring high standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal.Work closely with the Cold Kitchen Chef and culinary team to maintain consistency and quality in all cold food offerings.Learn and master techniques for cold food preparation, including slicing, plating, and garnishing, under the guidance of experienced chefs.Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.Support the culinary team during service hours, including mise en place and inventory management for cold food items.Embrace opportunities for learning and growth, contributing to the innovation and creativity of our culinary offerings.

QualificationsA passion for the culinary arts and a desire to specialize in cold food preparation.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills under mentorship.Previous experience in a cold kitchen environment or culinary training is a plus but not required.
