QualificationsCertificate of Diploma in Culinary ArtsTwo to three years experience in a Luxury Safaris Camp or 5 star Hotel establishment. Previous experience in a hot/cold Kitchen operations rolePassion for teamworkBasic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
