ABOUT THE ROLE

Participates in preparing the kitchen for operation (kitchen area and equipment, storage rooms, refrigeration units, etc.)Prepares all types of dishes in accordance with procedures, professional standards, and both written and verbal instructions from supervisorsIs responsible for the appearance and presentation of food and ensures dishes are served according to established proceduresProcesses and prepares meat, fish, and other meal ingredientsEnsures that prepared meals meet quality standardsParticipates in the implementation of HACCP standardsApplies agreed measurement and portion standards as outlined in recipes, production instructions, and menusMaintains personal cleanliness and hygiene, as well as the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment

Must be an EU Citizen to applyMinimum of two years of experience in the same positionGreat team player and able to work in a fast-paced environmentMotivated, responsible, and communicative individualStrong attention to detail and cleanlinessProficiency in spoken and written EnglishHigh school diploma / vocational qualification
