As a Commis at BR Prime Steakhouse, you’ll step into the spotlight of our open kitchen, where every move matters and every plate is a statement. You’ll work closely with our chefs to prep, support, and execute dishes that match the elegance of our fine dining experience. THE STARTING RATE: $21.80

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist Sous Chef in product consistency and make necessary modifications according to business needs, monitoring food cost for their outlet and order of all food products and maintaining the overall cleanliness and equipment maintenance of their areasMonitor waste and over production, as well as utilize leftovers, and ensure proper rotation and quality controlAssist Sous Chef in monitoring and training of new employees to help them achieve higher status as well as monitor and enforce Company and departmental safety policies, and Health Department Standards Assist Sous Chef in preparation of menu, take inventory, and coordinate with the Sous chef on order and preparation of food items

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Is 18+ years of ageHas a high school diploma, GED, or EquivalentHas 1+ years of experience in high-volume cookingHas 5 years of Culinary experience, preferably
