**About the Job:**
An opportunity has arisen for a **Commis 2** to join the **Culinary** team in **Jumeirah Al Naseem** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
+ Support Commis 1, Demi Chef, and Chef De Partie in daily food prep aligned with Jumeirah standards and outlet concept.
+ Prepare ingredients, sauces, salads, and basic dishes as per the exact recipe and plating guides. Wash, peel, chop, cut, season, and marinate meats, fruits, and vegetables as needed.
+ Set up and restock the workstation, maintain par stock, and prepare for the next shift. Store ingredients properly, follow rotation procedures, and discard expired items.
+ Keep the section clean, follow hygiene standards, and ensure accurate ingredient collection and storage.
+ Attend team briefings, report equipment issues, and follow all instructions from senior chefs.
+ Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and comply with all safety and SOP requirements, including HACCP.
**About You:**
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
+ College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School.
+ 2 years of experience in a range of kitchen areas, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
+ Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity
+ Expert in food quality and presentation skills.
