Commerical Enablement Manager (Remote)

About the Role:

The Commercial Enablement Manager supports the Company’s growth goals by building and continually enhancing education and development programs for commercial teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leaders across the organization to foster a culture of continuous learning within the healthcare commercial department by creating engaging, relevant, and impactful learning experiences that drive tangible business outcomes. This person will develop and implement specific curricula around products, services, and best practice strategies to ensure that the Company’s healthcare commercial teams have the insights, skills, and tools they need to confidently deliver value to our customers.

 Responsibilities:

Facilitate significant learning experiences for a wide range of professionals, ensuring a consistent learning experience whether presenting content directly or coordinating external presentersBuild and maintain training content with input from key leaders based on the topic in question, either by interviewing and gathering data to develop the content, or collaborating to have the content developed by supporting teamsDevelop and maintain a dynamic content calendar, ensuring that all training programs include current and relevant content and are presented in engaging and effective modalities inclusive of blended learning models (e.g., instructor-led live/web, hands-on workshops, self-paced training, etc.)Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to identify learning objectives and success metrics (KPIs) for each enablement initiativeEvaluate effectiveness of training programs and ensure continuous improvement, soliciting actionable feedback from participants and stakeholdersAnalyze and report on training engagement, sales performance trends, and performance against KPIs, iterating programs based on data-driven insightsDesign and manage a centralized content library to ensure sales teams have easy access to up-to-date resources and best practicesOwn and administer key sales enablement platforms (e.g., CMS tools, LMS systems, and select Salesforce-adjacent technologies), ensuring content is well-organized, accessible, and leveraged effectivelyProactively assess employee and team training needs and ongoing professional development opportunitiesDesign and implement comprehensive onboarding and orientation program for the commercial teams, incorporating well-defined quantitative and qualitative success metrics that are in-line with strategy provided by senior leadershipClearly communicate progress on enablement projects to key stakeholders and set clear expectations for the anticipated use and impact of deliverablesExperience and Skills:3–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement or in designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs and content, ideally in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environmentCapable of creating lesson plans and facilitating training on a broad scope of topics with guidance from subject matter expertsStrong background in curriculum design, instructional strategy, and adult learning principlesHealthcare industry experience is a plus but not requiredEffective collaborator with experience working with senior leaders to recommend, plan, and execute organizational initiativesComfort working with CMS/LMS tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly preferred)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of accountability; capable of juggling multiple initiatives at onceStrong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs and create narratives around program ROI
