For more information on PepsiCo and the opportunities it holds, visit www.pepsico.com Responsibilities The Opportunity The Picture of Success Designer will gather and follow up with the local team on the materials needed to develop a Picture of Success, ensuring effective communication throughout the design process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating 3D materials to complement the Picture of Success at points of sale. This position works closely with the Deployment of Perfect Store and account teams to produce high-quality digital files, adhering to existing brand standards and internal workflow protocols. Your Impact As Picture of success Designer your functions would consist of: Create graphics manuals to deploy the information to local teams Create 3D renderings and relevant schematic drawings of the environment and animations Concept, create, and deliver robust design solutions to support brands' in-store displays. Understand how to adapt designs across different retail channels. Work on the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated. Create compelling 3D animations of store layouts. Ability to build graphic and print designs and concepts when needed. Determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding art / graphic design. Can take control of projects and work independently and in a team. Present designs to internal clients and brand teams for approval. HIGH aptitude to learn new things and a sense of urgency to get things done. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field (interactive design, graphic design, visual arts, communication etc.) Experience 2+ years of agency creative experience in 3D and Point of Sale materials. Language proficiency, both in English and Spanish, is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY). Demonstrable fluency with Adobe CC suite of products, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 3DMax + Vray or comparable software to model and render 3D images. Knowledge of social aspect ratios and delivery file types. An online portfolio showing a variety of standout work is a MUST. Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; CPG Experience a plus. Highly professional, able to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction. Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision-making.
