Reporting to the VP Veralto Enterprise System Leader (VESL), the Commercial VESL will play a crucial role achieving our commercial objectives of the software business unit by leveraging our Veralto Enterprise System (VES) and can be performed remotely.

In this role, a typical day will look like: 

You’ll accelerate Commercial Growth by supporting Esko’s core growth by applying the VES Commercial Engine and toolset, with a strong focus on Operational Excellence and enabling commercial teams.Drive continuous improvement across the business (operations, supply chain, R&D, commercial) through Kaizen methodology, PSP (problem solving process), ensuring sustainment through metrics and daily management practices.You’ll foster Strategic Alignment by building strong relationships with functional and regional leaders to align VES initiatives with commercial priorities.You’ll build VES Capabilities by promoting VES Fundamentals, leading & facilitating cross-functional training and workshops, and help shape the VES roadmap based on assessments and strategic needs.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Master’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role within a global environment, with a proven track record in operations, sales, business development, and services.Strong knowledge of continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Continuous Flow/Cell Design) and LEAN methodologies (DMAIC, Kanban/Pull Systems, Daily Huddles), with an emphasis on their application in commercial settings.Fluent in spoken and written English, German fluency is a plus.Willingness to travel up to 25% of your time
