Reporting to the Commercial Systems Supervisor, the Commercial Systems Coordinator is responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of processes and working closely with the commercial organization. This includes ensuring the accuracy of account structures, identifying and merging duplicate accounts, and assigning vertical markets to ensure accurate ownership. The role also involves supporting the Commercial Systems team roadmap. While the initial focus will be on North America, the scope will expand toward global alignment over time. 

This position is part of the Technical Team, located in Loveland, CO, and will be hybrid. 

 

In this role, a typical day will look like: 
· Safeguard data accuracy by applying proactive monitoring routines and resolving quality issues. 
· Define, apply, and maintain best-practice tools and techniques for data cleansing. 
· Partner with Sales Support, Data Stewards, Customer Service, and other commercial functions to standardize data maintenance and change processes. 
· Provide guidance to the sales organization on data integrity standards and processes. 
· Align ERP customer and vertical market assignments, ensuring accurate ownership. 
· Support the Commercial Systems roadmap, including UAT, quality metrics monitoring, and UX enhancements. 
· Provide daily Salesforce support to commercial teams, resolving cases efficiently. 
· Meet deadlines and monitor KPIs. 

 

The essential requirements of the job include: 

 
· BS or BA in business, accounting, finance, or a related field. 
· 1–2 years’ experience in a business systems environment. 
· Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Infor) and/or business intelligence tools. 
· Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM systems. 
· High computer literacy in MS Office. 
· Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 USD per year.
