Vous prendrez en charge la résolution des problèmes logistiques et la gestion des réclamations clients. Vous gèrerez rapidement et avec précision les demandes, devis, commandes et facturations. Maintenir le contact avec les clients et les commerciaux pour comprendre leurs besoins et attentes, est l'un des points clé et stratégique de ce poste. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes tout en gérant vos propres tâches de manière autonome.
