The primary responsibilities of this position are leading the supply chain team, product management including advancement data analysis, forecasting, and serving on the senior leadership team.

What You Will Do:
Supply leadership
Primary contact with Seed Production Supply Chain (SPSC)Execute product lifecycleLead demand planning and inventory utilizationLead supply forecasting for brandProduct Manager
Work with Agronomy Lead / Product Manager in building the corn and soybean portfolioWork with Product Life Cycle Manager in evaluating pre commercial productsLoad Plot and product info into Corteva systemPrimary liaison within SPSC in product lifecycle managementPeople leadership

What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred or equivalent experience.5-8 years experience in sales or agronomic-related field.Team leadership experience preferredAble to take a concept from inception through development and implementationPower BIBusiness Knowledge – Apply and maintain agronomic technical/functional expertise.Technical Skills – Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Advanced Excel experience preferredSelf-Management Skills – Inspire trust, demonstrate adaptability, practice self-development and discipline. Ability to work independently with successful timely completion of quality deliverables. Maintain high levels of integrity and perform with minimal supervision.Strategy Skills – Create customer loyalty.Interpersonal Skills – Build relationships and manage conflict with dealers, customers, and other NuTech Seed employees. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with customers, dealers, co-workers, and management.Special Conditions:
