**Commercial Strategy Leader, HPM** In this mission-critical role for North America’s Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) team, you will define and drive the strategies that shape Philips’ next era of growth in patient monitoring. You will work at the intersection of innovation, customer engagement, and market execution—translating insights into actionable strategies that expand our presence across leading hospital networks and integrated delivery systems. **Your role:** + Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure commercial strategies translate into field execution and measurable outcomes. Defining and tracking KPIs to measure the impact of strategy on revenue growth, profitability, and market share. + Engaging directly with key customers, IDNs, and hospital executives to validate strategy and strengthen partnerships. Acting as a change leader to align internal teams on strategic priorities, ensuring communication and adoption across functions. + Driving and facilitating strategic program development and execution for Philips North America’s HPM business. Developing winning commercial strategies with the HPM leadership team in NA, including GTM strategies, channel strategies, strategic partnerships, investment planning, and M&A strategy and integration. Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging the development of new ideas and exploring opportunities for disruptive technologies and business models + Anticipate the potential impact of possible industry and regulatory changes on the company's strategy and recommend necessary adjustments. In collaboration with global strategy, marketing, and analytics functions, maintaining strategic awareness of key market conditions and dynamics, competition, voice of the customer, and innovation trends for the HPM domain in North America. + Working in a matrixed organization with business units, global strategists, market analysis and forecasting teams, marketing intelligence, and R&D teams to unlock HPM growth in North America, ensuring execution of the strategy, including business case development, strategy deployment, financial and operational alignment, etc. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired a minimum of 8+ years combined business development and strategy consulting experience from a credible international consulting firm or in a corporate strategy department of a large international corporation; minimum of 3 years’ experience in the medical technology, medical device, or medical services industry; additional expertise in software, SaaS, digital health, and informatics strongly preferred. Knowledge of US healthcare reimbursement models, value-based care initiatives, and their implications for patient monitoring, strongly preferred. + Your skills include the ability to set agendas for a business, experience executing on a strategy while operating in a matrix organization; creative mindset and validated customer and solutions mindset and experience; excellent analytics and quantitative skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority (people leadership experience preferred). + You have a Bachelor’s degree, required or Master’s degree, strongly preferred in Business, Science, Healthcare Administration, a related field or equivalent. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re an experienced strategist who thrives in complex, fast-changing healthcare environments and is passionate about transforming patient care through data-driven, customer-first solutions. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
