About the role:
We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and adaptable professional to join our Commercial Strategy & Excellence team in a newly created role. This position will provide dedicated support to strategic business initiatives, helping to shape processes, improve efficiency, and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making.

The analyst will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, including forecasting, market modeling, data management, and operational execution. This role is designed to grow alongside the team, creating opportunities to expand skills, take on new challenges, and influence the Endoscopy division’s success.

Boston Scientific’s Endoscopy division is dedicated to transforming the lives of patients by advancing the diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of gastrointestinal and pulmonary conditions with innovative, minimally invasive devices.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide analytical and operational support to both traditional and digital organizational initiatives

Support forecasting processes and deliver ongoing analytical insights for business initiatives

Manage and maintain key data points and references to ensure reliable, up-to-date information

Create, oversee, and enhance operational processes such as backorder management, T&E budget tracking, and sample allocations

Develop and provide training on existing reporting and analytics tools

Host office hours to provide on-demand analytics and reporting support to cross-functional partners

Partner with cross-functional teams to support market modeling through data-driven customer segmentation, providing account-level insights that inform product, sales, and marketing strategies

Collaborate with the Portfolio Core Team and other stakeholders to support the NPD Portfolio process

Drive project management and cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment, clear documentation, and timely execution of marketing operations initiatives

Continuously improve reporting tools and processes, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and stakeholder value

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in data, business, marketing, or related field

Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related function

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with attention to detail and a desire to learn

Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Python, Tableau, SQL, or similar)

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments, with an understanding of diverse stakeholder needs

Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and adapting to a dynamic environment

Proven time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in data analytics, business, or related field

Experience with market modeling, segmentation analysis, or forecasting

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
