Commercial 4P manager dedicated for business planning and management of Lenovo brand PC, Tablet and peripherals for the Small and Medium sized Businesses (SMB)Report to Commercial Category LeadSubordinates: 4Number of Peers: 6

■Roles and responsibilities

Plan and lead 4P strategy (product / price / place / promotion) for the SMB businessProduct portfolio management based on market, competitor and business analysisSet price and profit managementManage sales promotion budget including the rebate programChannel strategy management with sales action planningCo-work with marketing team to plan promotion strategySupply forecast based on sales planningStrategy implementation to sales and other team

Requirements

Must Have – essential

Over 5 years’ experience of business planning or strategy role in the ITC industryProficient at problem solving by scientific and mathematical approachCommunication skill based on logical thinkingAnalysis skillEnglish and Japanese capability as business levelPPT / Excel skill

Good to have – desirable

Experience of sales, marketing and operation role for the consumer marketFinance knowledge (P/L management etc.)Project management skillTypical Candidate
