As a Commercial Service Specialist, you will play a key part in expanding our service contract business by aligning closely with customer needs and collaborating across departments including Sales, Service, Credit, and Tender Teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive commercial initiatives by promoting warranty conversions, contract renewals, and upgrades.Prepare and send service contract renewal quotations 2–4 months before expiration.Follow up on outstanding quotations and repair service offers.Manage incoming requests for quotations, purchase orders, order changes, billing, and service inquiries from customers and dealers.Register purchase orders and quotations in SAP, and track order fulfillment.Utilize SAP to access customer data, stock status, and order updates, and to process changes.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The essential requirements of the job include:
University's degree or High school diploma with some years of experience.A previous working experience within customer care or service operationsGood knowledge of MS Office packet and SAPFluent Italian and good knowledge of English
