As the, Commercial Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for pursuing new service agreement opportunities including on-site technical services including new equipment start-up, preventative, predictive, flexible and comprehensive maintenance, digital connectivity, rentals, spare parts and life-cycle solutions.
This role is a great fit for you excel at building relationships, have outstanding customer service and love working with cross-functional teams. This is the ideal role for those that are adept at assessing and understanding both the immediate and future needs of customers.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC
+ Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier service solutions
+ Manage complex multi service solutions proposals
+ Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline
+ Demonstrate well developed sales skills to include expert awareness, commercial acumen and integrity
+ Seek out and access new Service Agreement opportunities both with new prospect customers
+ Establish and build credibility
+ Develop and sustain customer relationships
+ Create compelling presentations and communicate effectively
+ Detect the Customer’s buying stage and adjust selling accordingly
+ Manage multiple activities all occurring at the same time, organize others and workflow to meet objectives on time
+ Anticipate future trends accurately
+ Adapts quickly in face pace environment to gain the order/booking in a timely manner
+ Consistently achieve sales metrics and annual targets
+ Create high quality timely estimates, bids & proposals including detailed cost benefit analysis to support client's business case for investment.
**Required Qualifications**
+ High School diploma / GED
+ 2+ years’ experience in B2B Service Sales
+ Ability to pass an MVR background check
+ Must be able lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and be comfortable working on roofs/platforms
+ Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Extremely comfortable operating in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software.
+ Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
+ Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to introduce others to cross sell and upsell within their base of customers.
+ Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to proactively sell preventative repair / upgrade packages.
+ Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
